An unexpected delight! We tried several dishes, family-style. All were delicious! Spice level was spot-on based on our requests, from mild to extra-spicy. Service was prompt, friendly, and engaging.
Even after moving from Oregon to Florida and back again, I still say this is the best Thai I've ever had.

We found this spot based on good google reviews and it did not disappoint!! The customer service is incredible. Kind, funny, engaging, and attention . We ordered the Pineapple Fried Ride and Pad See Ew. Both were absolutely delicious. We also ordered the bbq rice balls but those weren’t as great. Overall this place exceeded my expectations and I wish we lived closer.
Walk in order to go. Got the Pad See Ew and it was amazingly fresh and delicious. More chicken than I ever get in Pad See Ew other places. The noodles were cooked perfectly with a healthy amount of broccoli and flavor. Will definitely be back.
Silverton is seriously so lucky to have a place like this in town. I love this restaurant. I’ve been coming here since I was a teenager & every time I leave feeling overwhelmingly satisfied with the food. Service here is astounding. There’s no better way to put it. The most wonderful person is at the front counter & typically taking orders. Her cheerful attitude and positivity has always been a defining factor of this establishment. The food here is the main highlight bringing us back time and time again. Delicious, perfectly cooked, fresh, and satisfying. Thai Dish has seriously ruined me for other Thai food places because nowhere else can hold a candle to how fantastic the food is here. Even my 5 year old daughter cleans her plate! I was talked into trying a Matcha Iced Tea this last visit & it was fantastic. I don’t normally love Matcha, but it was incredible! I gave my wife a sip & she wanted to take it from me! I can’t wait to come back.
We were recommended this place in Silverton by a good friend, and decided it was time to give this a try! Location is nestled literally right in the epicenter of downtown Silverton, and is a lot larger inside than the outside implies. Service was very nice - almost crossing that border of too much checking in - and food came out very fast and piping hot. From point of ordering to food was less than 10 minutes. We ordered Chicken Pad Thai, BBQ Pork Ribs, and then got recommended these 'Thai Ball Specials' that weren't on the menu. The Pork Ribs were solid all around, as were the Thai Balls, but this review is to focus on the Pad Thai. Hands down, this is the best Pad Thai we've EVER eaten. It truly lived up to the hype we were told about it, and would highly recommend Thai Dish Cuisine just for this dish. We fully intend to come back and try some more dishes on their menu, but the Pad Thai here is absolutely criminal.
